From entrepreneurship to growth

Box2box was born in 2018 as a startup that offers a storage rental service operating 100% online. Box2box picks up its customers’ stuff from any location, stores it securely in its facilities and returns it to them whenever they choose.

In 2022 Box2box closed a €1.1M round to accelerate its growth in Europe. It currently offers services in most major European cities and has consolidated growth in Spain, Portugal and France. There it already operates in cities like Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Malaga and Seville as well as Porto, Lisbon and Paris.

Challenge

Box2box needed to create a new brand to differentiate its value proposition in Spain and prepare for expansion. The challenge was to strengthen the brand’s narrative and evolve in a cohesive way while also creating something unique. In addition, its founders wanted to infuse their essence and style into the new brand in order to evolve with it.

The solution

After carrying out research through interviews and studying competing brands and their stories, we defined a new brand identity and its creative territory.

We created a design that transmitted the simplicity and flexibility of a service aimed at a generation that is more mobile than ever and committed to operating digitally.

Identity

The brand’s visual identity is very versatile and would be applied across multiple points of contact: the website, social media, vehicle signage, uniforms etc.

We integrated the signature square symbol of Box2Box into the new logo in varying colours to bring brand cohesion. We then introduced new elements: photographs of the users and their homes in a relaxed, fun style with 3D representations of the objects they want to store in the Box2box storage units.

In collaboration with the Box2box team, we defined the verbal identity and designed the website to boost conversions.
